Start Together

StartTogether is all about gathering different students together around a project. This process is more difficult that one could imagine. We do not only need complementing people, but above all ones that share common expectation for their work.

But once the right people have found each other, they have to understand each other. Again, this is not trivial. In order to improve the knowledge of interested students, we organize two events per Semester. We select each time two fields. About 20 students of each field are invited to take part of the event, with the idea of better understanding the other. The day is split into three parts:

A three-hour long separate introduction to the other students' field.
A common lunch
A workshop on a concrete problem involving both fields.
